About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Revolver Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling revolvers and related components in accordance with established manufacturing procedures, specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in precision workmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and understands that quality matters at every step of the manufacturing process. Experience with firearms, machining, mechanical assembly, or other precision manufacturing is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Essential Responsibilities: 
  • Assemble revolvers and related components according to established procedures, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Perform detailed mechanical assembly using hand tools, measuring instruments, and specialized manufacturing equipment.
  • Inspect components for proper fit, finish, and workmanship throughout the assembly process.
  • Identify damaged, defective, or improperly manufactured components and communicate issues to the appropriate supervisor or quality personnel.
  • Perform functional and quality checks at various stages of assembly.
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records as required.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Properly handle, identify, and account for components throughout the assembly process.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, machining, and quality-control personnel to resolve assembly or component issues.
  • Meet established production schedules while maintaining the company's quality standards.
  • Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how mechanical components work together.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Reliable transportation.
